Oh, what a difference a year makes. In September of '07, the Padres came to Milwaukee at the end of the season, trying to clinch a playoff birth. Now it is the Brewers that are trying to make headway in both the NL Central race and the NL Wild Card race. The Brewers took 2 of 3 at San Diego earlier this year. Pitching Probables: Thursday, September 4, 7:05 p.m. CT: LHP Shawn Estes (1-1, 3.33) vs. RHP Jeff Suppan (10-7, 4.49) Friday, September 5, 7:05 p.m. CT: RHP Josh Greer (1-0, 3.60) vs. LHP CC Sabathia (15-8, 2.82) Saturday, September 6, 6:05 p.m. CT: RHP Jake Peavy (9-9, 2.69) vs. RHP Ben Sheets (12-7, 2.97) Sunday, September 7, 1:05 p.m. CT: RHP Chris Young (4-5, 4.91) vs. LHP Manny Parra (10-6, 4.10) Things to look for: 1. Can the Crew figure out Estes, Greer and Young--three guys that they didn't see in San Diego--fast enough to provide enough run support? 2. In the battle of aces, can the bats do better than 1 ER and 4 hits over 7 IP that they got off of Peavy back on August 14?
