Cubs' starters for the final series

Cubs' manager Lou Pinella has set his rotation for the remainder of the year...and the Brew Crew will face neither ace Carlos Zambrano nor #2 starter Rich Harden, as Pinella is opting to rest both for the NLDS.  The Cubs will send RHP Ryan Dempster (17-6, 2.99) on Friday, LHP Ted Lilly (16-9, 4.17) on Saturday, and RHP Jason Marquis (11-9, 4.43) for the regular season finale on Sunday. Obviously, having the Cubs' send their best two starters out against the Mets--the team the Brewers currently trail by one game in the NL Wild Card race--and not out against the Brewers works in the Brewers' favor; Dempster is formidable...but, fortunately, he won't be on the hill for the finale should the Brewers take the Wild Card race down to the wire.
